All vegetarian meals included.
Linens provided. Rooms are heated/air-conditioned. Most rooms have a private bathroom.
Donations of $5-10 (or more!) added to payment check gladly accepted for retreat scholarship fund.
Retreat will be mostly in silence. Included will be guided and silent meditations, mindful silent meals, Dharma talks, indoor and outdoor walking meditation, deep relaxation and qigong, singing, and Dharma sharing groups.
Thursday April 12th,: 4pm-6:45pm... Registration and check-in. Retreat begins in Meditation Hall at 7pm.
Dinner on your own (nearby restaurant list provided) Thursday
Sunday April 15th: 3pm… End of retreat. Have a safe trip home!
