DAY OF MINDFULNESS
Everyone is welcome to join Mountain Mindfulness Sangha for a Day of Mindfulness with Dharma Teachers Anh-Huong Nguyen and Thu Nguyen from Virginia. They were among the first students to be ordained as Dharma Teachers by Thich Nhat Hanh over 30 years ago. They are the principle teachers at the Mindfulness Practice Center of Fairfax, Virginia.
